As a former public-school teacher and principal who now serves in the Colorado House of Representatives, I recognize the importance of practical experience, strong community roots, and leadership grounded in service. That is why I am proud to endorse Naomi Riess for Colorado House District 59.

Naomi and I share a commitment to putting Colorado families and communities first, strengthening our schools, protecting parents’ rights, supporting agriculture and small businesses, defending private property rights, and keeping our communities safe.

Through more than 33 years as a small-business owner and land-use consultant, Naomi has worked directly with farmers, ranchers, property owners, families, businesses, and local governments throughout Southwest Colorado. She understands how decisions made at the State Capitol affect rural communities, water and agriculture, housing, responsible development, and the rising cost of living.
